having part of their post they typed out dissappear once they post it?
Most the time it just posts part of my sentence and I have to edit to add the rest which usually works.Sometimes it takes a 2nd try to get all of it to appear.
I just started having this problem this week.

Usually if it happens to me its because everything hasn't finished loading yet. For me the font that works for me is verdana but thats the one that shows up when I post. If everything hasnt finished loading I see ariel so if i press submit nothing of what I wrote shows up. So now I know to wait for the verdana in order for it to post.

Hope that makes sense.
Same here. I think you might just have to wait for the page to completely load.
"I got your message this morning and I just have a few questions for your users. Did they by any chance type the character "<" on their posting? It might explain the partial dissapearance of their posting. Another explanation would be if the page did not completely load as some member had explained. When you post, do not type the character "<" or else all of your posting after that character will disappear. Use < instead.
The reason is because ActiveBoard also takes HTML code and the character "<" is character for starting a command, so ActiveBoard thought that they were writing an HTML command."

I highly doubt I typed that and it caused the problem seeing as how the problem occurred several times.
Whatever the problem was it hasn't happend in a few days.

I highly doubt it too. That's typical of the responses I get from them, "everything is working fine for us, you must be doing something wrong"
let me know if it happens again, and sorry for the frustration.
