I've used website pics on my listings and never had a problem with it. I usually save it on my computer then use the ebay picture service. How did you copy and paste the picture? Maybe that's the problem?

Yes I am wondering the same. Did you copy and paste the pictures or save them to your computer? I have used website photos before without a problem, but I always take at least one of my own photos to show the seller the actual item itself they will be receiving.
