When you checked, were you looking at your My Ebay page, or at the cross-promotion page? That has happened to me before: I'd cross-promote everything and then check the "see this seller's items for sale" link under my profile, and not all my items would be shown. They would still all be under "My Ebay," though. After a few hours they all showed up on my cross-promotion page. Since it's been a couple days, I think you should try contacting their customer service to ask for help.
