This was mine...I think the style is discontinued, so it was hard to find a pic. The dress fit me pretty differently because I had this Italian seamstress who wanted it to be "va-va-voom," and of course, unlike the model, I am not 12 pounds.
edit: this was me in the dress. It's not a great photo, though. I had to crop my dad out.

here's mine, i am still sad that i only got to wear it that one day...boo... (although when i was at my parents' house at christmas, it hadn't been packaged up yet, so i wore it around the house one evening, and then my mom threw a tamale at me, accidentally of course, so it had to be cleaned again right away...okay, now i'm on a tangent, but the point being, i love wearing my dress )
p.s. this is it on the model...i don't go around holding up empty frames and looking drugged out
This was mine. I know it is a bridesmaid dress but it was perfect for our beach wedding. Still cannot believe that it's been a year already on May 7. Here we are at sunset. My husband hates this picture of himself.
I love your dress and you're so beautiful! That's an amazing picture...congrats on one year!
That pic is amazing!! You are stunning (which I already knew from the threadstyle posts, but had to say). It looks wonderful there- the beach, the sunset, your hair and dress....

ILC - your dress is so beautiful. And halleybird, i remember the picts of you in your dress and was crazy about it. You should post a picture of you in it.
Thanks for the compliments. I love looking at our pictures. Mostly because i really didnt care about having a wedding. I would have been fine eloping but now i'm glad we did it.
this picture makes my boobs look lopsided and smooshed, but the dress fit me so beautifully. we obviously are not traditional.
the shoes actually were more expensive than the dress and i can't find them anymore (i think they may be lost in the attic). the top part had rhinestones across the bust and the bottom was cut out with layers of tulle underneath. i wish i had another event to wear this dress to.
(don't ask about the hair. the lady made me look like i belonged on dynasty)
erin - that dress is amazing!!! You look like royalty.
I added a pic of me in my dress to the earlier post-- it was hard to find a good one, because in all the pics on my computer I am holding the bouquet over the front of it. I never tried any dresses on -- I found that one, ordered it, and that was it! But this post is making me wish I'd tried on more, just b/c it would be fun to play dress up.
