Lace at the workplace

I think it depends on the workplace, more acceptable in a more creative environment, for example.

At my office, which is pretty casual, I'm comfortable with a little lace peaking out if I'm wearing, say, a v neck sweater. However, I'm very careful that the lace doesn't have a lingerie vibe to it at all.

I think if it's done tastefully, it's not a problem. I don't think you'd want to wear a lace shirt your bra totally visible. I think a little lace peeking out from a v-neck, at the bottom of a shirt, or under a jacket is totally fine.

i work in a creative field and this is how i wear it.

i think its fine.

You need to judge by how others dress, if no one else is wearing it and you want to keep it limited.

I'd never wear full lace anywhere, but I wear lace trim camis (non lingerie) under practically everything...blouses, v neck tees, scoop necks, etc.

I work in a creative business casual office and most of my co-workers are very fashionable. There's always a little bit of lace peeking out the hem of a shirt or at the top of a v-neck int he most tasteful way.
