Im guessing that because of the print it does not need jewelry, right? Its for a memorial-like church function this saturday (late afternoon) where I will have to do a reading- and the dress code is black and/or white. Just wish I could make it.....more edgy?

I would wear it with some very delicate/sweatheart necklace, gold tones, stud earrings, a bangle or a set of bangles. Black or a colorful clutch and the shoes of the style as on the pic.
Since it's for a memorial service, I'd probably stick to keeping the outfit classic and steamlined. But I get that you want to give your own mark to the outfit. I'd probably accessorize with a bold cuff on one arm. Since it's sleeveless, you can get away with something creative and noticable without looking inappropriate at a church service. Something like these maybe?
And if the black & white dress code is a bit flexible, you could carry a bright clutch as a pop of color. Something in green or purple would bright up the dress without looking out of place for the tone of the service.
Agree with Boots about the silver cuff. I think you could use a silver clutch too. And some delcate silver necklace should be appropriate without being too noticeable.
As for shoes, may be some strappy black sandals? Or I could see black flats with that dress.
I like it. I'd wear patent wedges to keep with the retro-ladylike vibe, carry a colored clutch that isn't too stodgy, and a collar-length necklace with shiny black stones.
