Sunglasses, slippers, and a genius dish drying mat that's like a memory foam bathmat, almost.

Suasoria - my mom has 2 drying mats that sound like the one you got. She loves them. Is yours a terry-covered cushy pad? Great for wine glasses!

Because work sucks royally, I decided to treat myself to the new shoes I've been thinking about. I bought these in red last year and they were seriously the most comfortable wedges I've ever worn.

It's my birthday this week, so I bought a dress for my birthday party.  Let's hope that it gets warmer than it has been:

I have a roaring 20s costume party in 2 weeks, so I got these for my costume:

Happy birthday week, Escrime!  Love the antho dress and your costume -- how fun!

Me - had to get some jeans.  I may return a pair or two dependant on how they look/fit iin person.

got these Paige ones from 6PM, but had to get an image elsewhere because they're sold out (got them for only $60 -- must be why they're sold out!):

D- Love my Paige jeans. $60 is a great deal! The Rack usually has them for around $70 or up.

Ah, I didn't think to look at the Rack. Shopping from my 'puter is so much easier (and dangerous, I might add...)

I also bought this thoroughly boring black cashmere cardigan. Taking advantage of season end prices for a needed staple item...

style #314528401 black cashmere back seam cardigan sweater

Love Paige jeans but never seem to get them on sale, so good for you! I really like their denim. Love that cashmere cardi you bought too!

Got my motorcycle endorsement!!

I learned during my safety classes this weekend that the leather jacket I have is too hot even for spring, so I just ordered a summer riding jacket:

Hopefully I'll be updating this thread soon with the actual bike as well....still looking at a couple.

Thanks for the info! I took the class all weekend on a Rebel, which I really liked, and I know someone selling one for a good price. But I'm kind of thinking about a scooter too....while I like bikes better because the sitting position feels much more natural and somehow safer to me, I've never driven a manual anything and I still have to concentrate on shifting. Which was totally fine in the parking lot, but I'm afraid it'd be too much to concentrate on when I'm first learning how to navigate the roads, too. Soo....I'm thinking of getting a scooter at first, since it's an automatic and that'd be one less thing I'd have to think about. But no dealer seems to want to let me test drive one before I buy, so it's hard to make that decision!

Kelly- I didn't start driving until I was 35 (long story) but when my brother was teaching me, he'd have me drive around the local cemetraries to get used to everything. Maybe that'd be a good place to practice shifting outside a parking lot?

Anyway, Last weekend was my first full weekend off since January and of course I did a little celebratory shopping!

Plus some navy & white striped t-shirts from H&M that I can dress up with the skirts and also wear with jeans or shorts.

And a pair of sandals from Target to wear casually.  They are darker brown and less "crunchy" looking IRL.
