So I bought this skirt last night even though I couldn't think of what I would wear it with... But I bought it because I liked it so much and hoped I (and you girls) could figure something out!
Since it's on the shorter side (personally, for me), I would pair it with flat, brown boots. And maybe a comfy sweater. If you're wearing it as a casual thing, I would stick with flats because of the length. Or if you're going to do heels, do tights in the same color as the heels.
And looking at the skirt, I think that a tucked in top would be best.

To keep with the sleekness of the skirt, I think bodysuits would be very helpful. Unless you're going out on the town at night, it is probably best to balance the mini with 3/4 or long sleeves.
Those body suits are a good idea. They'll keep the whole look sleek.
Ranchera- You're in your 20's right? You can still get away with a bandage skirt and heels (if that fits into your comfort zone.) Think classy and not clubby and you'll be fine.
I'd probably wear it with tights, knee boots, a colorful longer sweater left open and a simple cami under it.
Thanks ladies! And I am 22 but the skirt I actually purchased from Marshall's and it fits a little longer and not as tight as the one above but I like all of the ideas! Especially the second top Pollyjean posted and the one you put Boots. Would have never thought to pair it with something like that :)
I'd wear it with a loose cami/tank in a black/beige print, with a black cardigan or blazer and black pointy flats. This time of year I'd need tights with it. In the summer I see more options - like metallic sandals.
I couldn't get a bodysuit to work for me in the 90s when they were last available. Are they better now?
I'd use it with a reduce Cami/tank in a black/beige list, with a dark-colored cardigan or blazer and dark-colored sharp apartments. This season I'd need hose with it.
