I love the fact that Zappos provides videos of people wearing and handling many of the shoes they sell on the site. It's very helpful to see them on someone. I noticed, though, that they don't feature any (or many) of the higher-end brands. It's a little frustrating. Can anyone think of why? In case you don't know, the videos are accessible when you click "Larger images & additional views" for a particular item.
I love those videos. Even if I buying on another site I'll still check them out to see what the shoes really look like. It's saved me from getting a few pairs. I don't usually look at the higher end brands ($100 and up) so I wasn't aware that they didn't do it for every shoe. Maybe the higher end brands have some sort of copyright infringement deal that prevents Zappos from videoing them?
