Any one ever shop Madewell?

I just learned that my favorite mall is getting a Madewell store this Fall.  I know that it's owned by J Crew, but little else.  Has anyone ever actually shopped there?  It is worth getting excited about?  I'm sort of hoping that it'll be a good replacement for Martin +Osa.

I've only ever shopped online, and purchased 1 or 2 things (accessories, not clothing, so can't comment on quality). Their stuff is fairly J-Crewy, so I'm sure it is worth getting excited about. However, it isn't much cheaper, so it's not like the relationship Gap/ON have to to Banana.

Never purchased anything at our location, but I enjoy going in.  It is a great place to check out laid-back versions of trends.
