problems with pms

i don't know if this is just a firefox issue, but lately i have been able to write pm's, but unable to read mine. sometimes if i use ie, i am able to open them...but it seems to mostly be an issue when there is no subject line...

any suggestions?

If there is no subject line, click in the blank area where the subject line should be and it should open.

you are reading correctly. sorry i should have been more specific. i understand to click where it should be (!!!) but in firefox it opens up to a broken screen for me (and this only seems to happen when there is no subject line). i am able to go into IE and check the message, but it's sort of annoying.
