OK so my 10 year reunion is Saturday night and I am nervous because I have gained weight since HS. It is at an upstairs section of a bar that they rent out, so people will be in everything. I want to be a little more dressed up but my fiance is wearing a blazer and jeans. I see most people from HS, but there are some people coming that I haven't seen in years. The look I want is a double whammy, to impress both girls and guys. Nothing that is too fashionable that guys won't get and stare, and something that is a little ahead of mainstream fashion for the girls. I was in the top 3 for best dressed, so I feel pressure. So my outfit with the help of my trusty friends so far is:
* I will not wear pants, only dresses and skirts right now. Sorry but they just don't work on my body. :frown:
brown matte jersey v-neck dress- this dress is very flattering to what I can show off....
green jacket from gap- my trusty NYC fashionista friend suggested this, although I do feel that it may be too bulky?? * crop sweaters, dolman sleeves or anything but a plain cardigan look horrible on me.
LV I call it the roll bag, small but big enough to fit my camera, wallet, and more.
Gold hoops med. size, or gold diamond studs depends on my mood, or what Fiance thinks is hot. Long gold spaced out beaded necklace, with bronze, green and burgundy stones.
Now for shoes, I want new ones and was thinking an leopard or python print print? too much?
I own- brown pointy toe heels, tan pointy toe heels, and bronze strappy sandals....
I am open to suggestions, I am getting my make-up done at Sephora tomorrow so I will be at the mall.
I really like the idea of leopard print with the outfit, but I think it might clash with the logo on the bag. If you carry that bag, I'd go with the broze strappy sandals. Everything else sounds great!

I couldn't find any leopard or python that fit the bill for me, so I am going with the brown pumps. The bronze heels are cute but they have a chunkier heel and that helped make a choice!
i like everything but the jacket, and the only reason i don't like the jacket is b/c i tried it on and it made me look bulky. if you have broad shoulders (i do) it might not look that great on you. do you have a wrap? that would look nice.
I have non-existent shoulders and I bought a size smaller so it would only fit something very thin underneath. I have a cute wrap but there will be people wearing jeans and tanks to this I am sure. I would totally rock some jeans but they just look like crap on me, so I will be a tad dressier and feel better. Any other ideas for something to wear over it?
