A cute over the shoulder purse. It needs to be small and with a zipper if possible. I need to carry my phone, cash and keys in it. iam not a  purse gal that much but I do need something that keeps my hands free when i do not have pockets

You're looking for a crossbody bag. They're really popular and at every price range right now. I have a nice leather one from DSW (on clearance) and one from Steve Madden. I'd try places like TJ Max and Nordstrom Rack.

 

A lot of people seem to like the Silverlake by The Sak.   It's on sale right now on their website

They might! My SIL got a smaller version at Target last Fall. Wouldn't surprise me to see one there for Spring.

Do you have a TJ Maxx or Marshalls near you? You might be able to find a leather one for under $20 in the clearance rack...
