One thing I really like about the dress is the neckline - it's pretty adjustable. Since it was a work party, I cinched the neckline up a little higher. It's hard to see but there's a bow in front.
I like work parties because there are some people who look totally different after hours. People who usually wear glasses had contacts in (I assume, because they were glasses-less). People who usually wear their hair straight curled it. People who usually wear t-shirts were wearing ties. And of course getting to meet everyone's partner - that might be the most interesting of all!
