I think it would look nice with a cowl neck sweater or a pretty blouse and a cardigan. Think "business" instead of "biker" and treat it like you would treat a black wool skirt. Of course, you could always wear it with a sparkly sequin top for a night out, too.

Agreed w above - for some reason it seems less vulgar with opaque tights and I love it with a feminine white top to balance the rigidity of the leather. Some inspiration:

Me too - I'd go with low-heeled black pumps, dark or patterned tights, scoopneck top/tee, ladylike crewneck cardigan.

Or white button-front shirt with wide belt and grandpa/tunic cardigan.

Or stilettos, drapey jersey knit top, and little jacket for a night out.
