You cannot trust anyone. I bought boots from gothamcity and I e-mailed them oh, 5 times after I won with no response! Okay, I had some questions about the payment and I'm sorry if I feel uncomfortable about sending a check across the country to a company that does not respond to a frickin email!


So they reported me to ebay as a nonpaying bidder. Okay, so you find that time to do that but you don't have 30 seconds to type a one word response to someone that just won an auction?! I'm pissed. I sent them one more e-mail. What should I do if the don't respond to that? I don't like the situation of me looking like a bitch that bids and doesn't pay but then again they won't get back to me. Grrrr....

here is their number 201-330-9093. i would call them. i've dealt with gotham city online b/f and have always had very positive experiences. i think they're cs is probably separate from the people who deal with non paying bidders. i'm sure if you talk to a person you can get the situation sorted out.

And if that doesnt work you can do a follow-up to their negative feedback and explain the situation.....also leave them negative feedback....alot of the time big sellers do not want negative feedback so they will work with you after that and you both can agree to retract the feedback left. Just remember to stick to the facts when leaving feedback.
