Hi all,

In summer i live in linen pants- but i recently ruined my 2 go to pairs and also gained weight- so im having a bottom crisis. i am basically wearing my black jeans ( twill-like denim) and a pair of old black juicy couture linen pants almost everyday....

i need comfy bottoms for my big bottom! nothing too snug/constricting, nothing above the knee....any ideas? (so far, im thinking more pairs of wide leg chinos?)

tia

Have you tried the new gap curvy pants? The fabric is fairly soft and it has a bit of spandex for stretch. The rise is good but if you prefer the low rise, the perfect trouser is a bit lower but also has a good waist hip difference.

I haven't checked them out yet, but Levi's has come out with a line that flatters different shapes -- might be worth checking out.

I am in love with NY&Co's West Street Pants. The wider leg should help with balance and they are sleek enough to wear w/ a longer top.

Joes make some nice jeans for curvy girls.  I think the style is called Honey.

I like the straight fit khakis at Gap:

Regardless of what they're called, I like the fit alot - they don't gape at the waist, the rise isn't too high or low, there is room for the booty and thighs, the pockets lie flat, and the leg is nice and relaxed.  Perfect for the transition from summer to fall, too, since they can be paired with a tank and flip flops or a sweater, jacket, and boots.

I am very interested in these...I haven't bought Levi's in probably 10 years but I would be willing to check them out.

Yes, all of my curvy girlfriends love joe's...they swear by them, so definitely check them out.
