Help! Need gala dress for work

I'm going to Beijing for work in 10 days, and one of the nights of the conference includes a gala dinner.  Apparently some women go ALL out, with floor length gowns, etc.  I don't want to go that far, but I do need something gala appropriate.  So far I've hit up Macy's and Nordstrom Rack, I've also looked at Bluefly and found nothing that really grabs me.  I either need to be able to get it quickly, or try it on (preferably try it on).

Budget - No more than $175

I have a large chest and a big ol' bubble butt.  I usually look better in jewel tones, and a dress that is hourglass figure flattering rather than sack-like is preferable.
