can we talk about the fact that i have become OBSESSED with lululemon? ever since i started my new fitness classes where at least everyone has one piece of lulu on i can't stop going to the store, stalking the website and purchasing things!
I've been wondering for a while - what is it that everyone loves about lululemon? How is it different from regular yoga pants and tank tops etc? I looked on the site and the styles don't seem that unique to me? But maybe I am just totally out of the loop here :)

I love LuluLemon! It's very pricey, but the styles are super flattering for all different body types and it's very good quailty (and if you justify spending that much, just they have good sales...and you can wear the sutff "out" without looking like you're working out)
the only problem I have found with lulu is that all of my pants have pilled really badly. One pair have pills all down one leg and the other is fine. I have no idea why this is. Even my ON yoga gear hasn't pilled.
That being said I still love them and will stupidly continue to buy $100 workout pants

Metric, when I bought my first lulu pants several years ago (before they got crazy popular... which is maybe why the salesgirl was more knowledgeable?) the salesgirl recommended that I should not wash them with anything cotton otherwise they would pill. Something about the "luon" material that most of their stuff is made out of.
I still only wash my workout stuff with other synthetic-fabric workout stuff, and all of my work-out clothes are in really good shape. I also never put them in the dryer- only hang dry.
Hopefully that helps!
