I was watching Sesame Street with my kids when I saw Cameron Diaz in this segment and became obsessed with her top. Does ANYONE know who makes it?

I can't find anything with that kind of draping around the neckline, although I've seen lots of tops with pleating (which is pretty similar)- but usually they either have the pleating, but not the right kind of sleeves, or if they have the right kind of sleeves, they don't have the pleating. UGHH
