Ok- I just got back from NYC (visited bf who has moved there.) I borrowed my friends ugly duffel for the weekend- but I would like to have my own bag. Which do you prefer?
$29.99- I like this, not crazy about the fact that it is printed, but it is really cheap compared to the other bags I like!
I love this! It is more my style than the first bag- but so much more expensive- it is $89! That is so much. In either red or pine green (which is better??) It is L.L. Bean. Do they ever have codes?
This bag is pretty nice too- but it is $89 too (!) and has no across body strap. I like it in a different way than the bag above (I like the one above for more rustic outfits- this one is more refined.)
Anyone have any opinions/own these bags/have other options? I'm looking for something basic- and I tend to favor reds, navys, dark greens (think gentlemen's cigar room), and browns/blacks if they are interesting.
The first bag is great! I just love stuff that is a little different like that, I don't like blending in with everybody else. What a good price too! Where is it from?
I have #1 but in a maroon color but I think you should get the 2nd one ... the one you really like. Sure, it may be more expensive than the other 2 but you can get lots of use out of it and I'm pretty sure you'll keep it for a long time. It'll pay for itself if you travel alot or use it every so often. I'd choose the red one.
i like either 2 or 3, though the dirt issue is a concern. either way definitely spend the money. i paid around $90 for a weekender and at the time i thought it was pricey, but i've gotten so much use out of it. plus looking put together always makes me feel a little bit better when i travel, so invest in a bag you love.
I like the first one but as weekend commuter to NYC for the past year and a half a small bag is great for the summertime but in the wintertime you may want something a bit bigger. Go to TJ maxX they usually have a great selection of bags I got a Diane Von Furstenburg satchel with wheels and a pulley it is great!
