I just became aware of this heel from White House Black Market called the snow leopard pump. I love shoes, but I do have restraint if it is not a shoe I feel I really have to have. Well, I really have to have this shoe--it has progressed past a strong desire to a can't live without (well, I could live without it but you know what I mean ) Because I live in a podunk town in south Alabama with no WHBM near me, has anyone seen any of these in their stores in an 8.5? I would even squeeze my foot into an 8. I am just trying to get an idea of how available they are before I start calling around. I did call CS at WHBM and was told that they could not do a store search for the shoe since it was not on sale. WHAT?!?! Anyway, here is this vision of beauty I want:

I don't know if the store near me carries it. but there's one at Victoria Gardens mall in Rancho Cucamonga of California. here's the mall # 909-463-2830 good luck
I don't know how I'm living without those either, frankly. It's not online?
They are sold out online. I called CS this morning and they apparently knew more than the person I chatted with online. She did a store search and said they were sold out at all their stores. She did say that they could be available in the outlets but she had no way of doing a search of the outlets. I called the closest one to me and they did not have it. However, it took me forever to get the lady at the outlet store to even understand what I was talking about. I said "the Snow Leopard Pump" and she said "the What?" and then when I would say it again she would keep talking over me. I finally said, "You know, a shoe", to which she said, "Ohhhhhhh" It was torture, so good luck if you try any of the outlets. If you do see it, will you let me know if there is an 8.5. I would be so appreciative. I think I am going to start stalking ebay, but I am not sure how popular WHBM merchandise is there.

ohhhhh my god those are gorgeous. I'm salivating. I hate that you can't find them because I wear the same size shoe so that means there aren't any for me either! Boo!

GUESS WHAT!!!! I found them in an 8.5 at a store in my state, but it was the last 8.5 in that store. Kelly, if you want them call your stores and ask for the "Panther" pump. That is what they are calling them in the store--it has the same stock # as the Snow Leopard Pump online so the girl said it was the same one. CS said that the reason they were not showing any in the stores is because the stock is so low.

I will be calling stores tomorrow. I MUST HAVE THEM (assuming they're synthetic).
BTdubs I have flats in a snow leopard print and I wear them all. the. time. (And need to replace them by next spring). They are so versatile it kills me.

The description on the website says "Modern platform pump features an alluring leopard-print in genuine haircalf for an authentic look." I am not exactly sure if that is synthetic since it says "genuine" haircalf, but at the same time says authentic "look". It is a little confusing description.

I got them. OH MY GOODNESS!!!! They are a vision of beauty. They look IRL just like they do in the pic. I just want to stare at them. They are tts, but are not comfortable. Comfort has never been an issue with me, though, when it comes to shoes as long as I can walk in them for a few steps. Even though I teach, my job involves alot of sitting down since I teach writing on a computer, so these will work.

I read this thread when it first was out and loved those shoes. I was in Vegas a few weeks later and tracked them down. Sadly they weren't even comfortable to walk around the store for a few minutes so I sadly left the store without them. They are very pretty in person.
I sized up when I tried them on and they were still painful within less than a minute. Had they been even close to wearable, I would have bought them as they were really nice and looked great on. It's a shame to make something that pretty and make it be painful.
