It's $59 at Hotkiss, but I found it at the Fifteen Dollar Store for $15.00, their shipping for 1 item is outrageous, my grand total would come out to $23.19. Still a bargain considering the price at Hotkiss.  I want it for the fall season. But the Bargain Queen in me cringes at the thought of an a $8.19 increase in ship+tax.  Yes or No?

That does seem like a lot for shipping of a piece of clothing. Have you tried Ebay?

That does seem to be a rip off for someone to present their store as being a bargain and then charge that much on shipping.  However, it is still more that half off even with the shipping and it is a pretty jacket.  Is this the store:  https://the15dollarstore.com/_main/

The price is right, but I just don't know if it's truly worth it. The style feels a little "done" to me, but if you love it, pay the shipping. Just my opinion.
