i just LOOOOOOOOOOOOVE this color.  it's so rich, you never see anything like it.  plus bcbg hasn't done purple in a while, so i'm not sick of the color!  should i?  it's in my cart (but i JUST got the KOOBA).

you're right, it's absolutely breathtaking and i was never really a bulga fan before now. 


anyway, you should get it if 1) it fits into your purse wardrobe, 2) if you'll get use out of it (or gain a ton of satisfaction just from having it) and 3) if you can afford it.


on a related note, weren't you contemplating a major bag purchase recently?  did you end up getting one?  if so, you might want to rethink this purchase.  but if not...maybe bulga just met its mommy.

you're right, i was thinking a major bag purchase (my bf was going to buy it for me) but i decided to postpone it, because i need a nice black bag and nothing jumped out at me (not the way the kooba or this one did).  i figure i'll just take him up on the offer when i make up my mind (sorry girls i know i was being ridiculous about it, but i really appreciated all the posts!!)


i really haven't been buying a ton of clothes lately (like pretty much 4 pieces all season!) so i definitely can justify it.  and i switch my purses ALL the time.  hmmmm....

That color truly is gorgeous! I actually have a bag in deep eggplant purple and I adore it. It's such an unusual color on a bag and looks great with a lot of other colors, like turquoise or chartreuse.

Ditto.  The color is AMAZING and actually pretty versatile, I would think.  It would give you that cool I-didn't-try-too-hard-to-match-but-still-look-amazing vibe.

i that color!  makes me wish i would have waited on my bulga!  and everyone is saying that purples are going to be the hot shades for fall!  i say get it if you can afford it!
