From Ebay you could get a knock off or maybe the real thing, real cheap. Plus, buying through Ebay you are still protected. And if you don't trust Ebay, you could purchase with your CC; they will protect you if Ebay won't.

I LOVE Jill Stuart! She makes the cutest stuff. The shirt's all over eBay but probably fake. I would try the boutiques and dept. stores listed on her website.

Looks like she's trekking back and forth to her car with stuff - something I am very familiar with.

Cute top - but why the ebay seller w/private feedback? thta's what I am wary of but really cute top! I've found a few Jill stuart stuff at Bloomingdale's and at Marshalls (only the one near SCP since they have higher end stuff).

The seller has private feedback because she sells fakes and doesn't want new bidders to find that out. The thing is you just have to know that when something is going for that much below retail (I'm just assuming this top cost $100-$250 or so) then you know it's a fake. But, they usually do a really good job on the fakes, so for a trendy item that you like the look of, it's a good deal. Besides, if they promise it is authentic and it indeed is fake, then you can easily get your money back (with or without sending the item back; it doesn't even matter) by putting in a claim of fraud with the USPS, Ebay, or your CC.

drew: i agree with you. i have bought a couple of items on ebay that are fake for sure (clothes- not bags) that no one else can come close to copying. esp. this jill stuart top- with the red star buttons. plus- a lot of trendy items, like this top, i will only wear a handful of times before i get tired of it.
