since i have to be in tip top shape by July 15th (see desperate times post) i thought i would start out D&E post today!
breakfast: green tea, water, banana and peanut butter
lunch: oranges and water and possibly a salad...
dinner: ??? we always go out for dinner on fridays...
exercise: run 2 miles
B: Oatmeal, banana, water
S: Apple
L: 1 fajita on lowfat tortilla, carrots, diet soda
D: Salad (w/kidney beans, avacado, green onions), greent tea
E: Abs and thighs tonight, also mucho packing
hey bex, i responded to u in ur other post too, but just wanted to say that it doens't seem u r eating enough. also, it's better to eat 5 or 6 small meals thoughout the day than just 3 big (or not so big in ur case) ones. ok, well good luck!
b: puffed kashi, silk
s: chocolate
l: turkey sandwich on ww, (free) krispy kreme
s: dunno yet
d: probably spagetti & some veggies
s: pb&j... if i get to go grocery shopping
