Ok, I have been busy as HELL and have been saying for the past 5 months that I have to go work out. Well I never did and I am in a wedding in 3 weeks and my bridesmaid dress is a bit snug in the tummy area. What can I do to lose a couple pounds quick. I am thinking that the only thing that will work is to no carb it for the next 3 weeks, but when I do that I turn into!! Any other ideas??
or why dont you try wearing one of those spandx things some girls in here say they wear when they wear dresses? it supposed to flaten everything and keep everything in its place........
