I am in desperate need of new work appropriate tops. I realized this morning that I don't have many and most of the ones I have, I hate .
I have a great wardrobe of skirts and pants. I wear mostly solid, neutral colors- all shades grey, browns, black (not as much though), olive/forest greens, khaki. I have quite a few nice sweaters and cardigans as well. I don't like to wear blazers or jackets much. I don't like bell sleeves, I'd prefer short or 3/4 sleeve tops. I'm open to solids or prints as long as I can get lots of use out of them.
I'm not sure what I really want, I just know that what I have isn't working for me. My white button down shrank so I need a new one. I have quite a few "bohemian" tops which don't really suit my business environment.
If you had, say, $500 ? What kind of shirt wardrobe would you buy?
Banana has some amazing tops right now and they are having a promotion on Thursday starting at 5 pm. If you spend $100 you get 25% off your entire purchase. That is also good online from 5:01 pm to midnight. These are some of my favorites:
This one also comes in black
The non-iron shirts are the bomb!! They seriously do not wrinkle:LOVE THEM!
We just got this one in. It is adorable under a blazer or a cardi so it can work in warm or cold weather.
I also love a ton of the tops (or have) that the girls posted above. I will warn you about that J Crew bow one though...it isn't as cute in person. It looks pretty "old-lady esque" on. JMO. Have fun shopping!!!
