This Dolce & Gabbana outfit caught my eye. I don't think I would ever wear it, but it is kind of a cute idea, with the wings able to flap in the wind!

I like it for someone young (like late teens/ maybe early twenties- I'm thinking Gossip Girl ages) only broken up into either the skirt OR the top. Together they look like too much of a costume to me. It's a really cute idea though.
