I switched my order from the tote in fuschia to the large bag in fuschia...they aren't charging me for the price difference since I've been waiting for 2 months for my order, and they have one large bag in stock right now that can be shipped tonight vs. waiting at least another 2 weeks for the tote, which is why I switched...I really love the look of both bags, but I just want to make sure it won't be too big or too trendy...I really want a bag that I can have for a while...

Honestly, I like the tote better just because it would be more functional as an everyday bag than the large bag.  Have you thought about keeping your order in for the tote but having them send you the large bag as well?  They you could ebay whichever one you decided not to keep . . .

I like both however, I think the tote is a more classic look, therefore you will get more use out of it.

What great customer service!  I'm suprised they decided to not to charge you the difference.  I think it's a good switch.  If you decide after you get it that it's not, then sell it on ebay.

Honestly, I love both!  The bag will fit easier off your shoulder, so I think that is a definate plus.

i like the bag better too.  i saw it IRL and it is much nicer than that picture.  when i think of bulga, i don't think of the tote stlye.  but that's just me.

I like the bag the best.....I think you did the right thing...what the greatest customer service that they will sell you that for the same price....

I ended up going with the bag...it was really a win/win, if I don't like it, I can always either return it or sell it on ebay, plus I think I will like it better anyway because I can wear it over my shoulder.


On another note, I was quickly losing faith in Testimo, but they were really great to me yesterday.  They gave me a great deal pricewise, and they were really nice and helpful on the phone when I was deciding what to do.  I would definitely do business with them again.
