I loved this top Kitty posted in her Threadstyle. Unfortunately, Anthro sale items are not available to Canadian shoppers (I'd love to hear the explanation for that!)

Anyway, has anybody seen anything similar?

Have you tried calling CS and asking which store has it? That way, you could call them and ask them to ship it to you directly from the store:).
