The Amor Fati is a philosophy from Friedrich Nietzsche meaning Love of Fate. It was his way of saing no matter what happens in your life is good.
The little girl with the balloon is a Banksy, who is one of my favorite artists. He's a London graffitti artist. if you havn't seen his work you should look it up, it's pretty special.
