I am so in love with the dress that someone I found on Ebay custom made for me.
Originally I loved this dress but it was sold out and muy expensivo:
I found a seller on ebay who made similar dresses and selected this one as my starter.
I asked for the navy/white combo instead. She had me send her all my measurements and even made alterations for free since it was a tad big when I first got it. I wore the dress this weekend at a 4th of July party, here's a snapshot (sorry didn't have full length)
I received so many compliments and I really love the look! She was a pleasure to do business with and prices were very reasonable. I just wanted to share this to anyone who likes the vintage/pinup style. Here's her etsy page, I can't recall her ebay info! Bad Kat Kustoms

I love it!! Can I ask how the quality is? What kind of fabric did she use, is it lined, how does the stitching look, etc. You look amazing in that dress!

The quality of the sewing work was great! Her work is very neat, she doubled up the fabric on the first part and made darts and seemwork that really fit my body perfectly. It is not lined, is probably 100% cotton. My only complaint is that the fabric tends to wrinkle easily and attracts fuzz more than some of the materials I'm used to. However, she special ordered the navy for me, and I bet if you wanted something more substantial, she'd find a heavier fabric.
I was tempted to wear my red patent peep-toes but I didnt want to seem so "high maintenance" (it was a rooftop in Brooklyn afterall). I wore these flat sandals:
