Please help....I would like to buy a gift for a friend's birthday.  She is really into cutesy accessories (ie. hello kitty and cartoonish bags, jewelry, etc.).  I think this necklace is very cute and reminds me of her....but now I think it could be misconstrued as tacky.  What do you think?  The site is flash, so I pdf-ed it....hope this works........let me know if you can't see it....

ummmmmm.. it's not for me definitely, but i think that's it's sweet. i have a friend who's also into cutesy stuff and i can kinda picture her wearing something like this. i say go for it because it's a small piece of jewelry and the cutesy party isn't overly obvious. also the price is right and your friend will appreciate it i'm sure.

If I couldn't read the 14k gold description, I think fake gold chains are tacky, but it seems like inperson may be very nice quality?


 


If you saw it and reminded you of her, I think the gestrue of getting it for her is so sweet and won't be misconstrued as anything else but appreciation of a good friend!
