i have never found a strapless bra i liked. i am willing to pay anything for comfort and most importantly appearance. most of the ones i've tried in the past are like padded shells. i think the worst part is that the top of the bra doesn't adhere to my chest so it's like this plate (shell) that's over my boob.
please please please help me find a sensible, comfortable, strapless bra that looks good under clothes!
Quite literally the ONLY strapless bra I can wear. I have major problems with strapless bras 'cutting me off', and this one doesn't do that at all. Stays up well too. I highly recommend.

I'm wearing the VS Very Sexy one right now and I'm kinda eh on it. I think it's the insane amount of padding that drives me nuts, especially since I'm already a 36C and defintely don't need to add more.
I also have a GapBody one that is actually really nice, although I bought it in the wrong size out of desperation. Way less padding though.

I don't think there are. And whoever designs one will become very, very rich, and have grateful, bosomy women everywhere thanking them. I refuse to believe that given all the technology and engineering know-how we have, *no one* can come up with a simple garment to hold big boobs up and apart.

Anyone try a longline one? I have a new Fredericks of Hollywood catalog and they have a couple cute ones. Thought that extra support in the length might hold the bra and my 36Cs up - ha! May be a losing battle at 37...
I keeping checking this post waiting for the answer to all my questions, but looks like it's hopeless if you are a C...
I had a JCrew strapless, it was hmm, ok I guess, but I was never able to find something that would make me say :"that's it, I am buying 10 of those no matter the price".

I really want something like this. I don't really like super padded bras, especailly in the strapless department. I wear a large B/small C.
I am interested in trying this Cosabella underwire bandeau. $52

where do I buy it (I know this might be a stupid question)? I don't like padding either!

I know, I'm STILL searching for the perfect strapless bra. Until you do find one, how about this trick? Buy a bandeau (one that's just like a stretchy band of fabric) or tube-top type bra to wear over a strapless bra you already have. I haven't tried this yet, but in theory, it seems like it should help. Someone on this board suggested it... was it you, LMonet?

Heeey, that's not a bad idea. The bandeau should help keep up the bra better, right? Hmm, I wonder if it'd work if I took a bra that I didn't like but w/ decent cups, cut off all of the straps, and sew it onto the bandeau? Or is that too much work.. Anyways, thanks for the idea!

I do believe it was . If you do go this route, I have had the best results with a seamless microfiber tube in a nude color, but obviously it won't work under ever type of clothing. Might be worth a trip to Victorias Secret, current strapless bra(s) and skimpy top in tow, though .

Back when I had the bigger boobs (34dd) I wore the chantelle convertible strapless... it was the best I could do, though not perfect. Now this chantelle Hedona looks really good - it's not all padded and looks like it's got the sticky top - check it out:
For larger girls, the only way to go is the Goddess long-line bustier - I wore one for my wedding (42DDD), and it stayed comfortable and supportive all night!
I am a 36 DD and I have the Chantell Convertible Strapless bra....I got mine at a boutique, but I think they carry that line at Nordstroms....I have always had thoruble finding a strapless bra for my big chest, but this one seems to work well...
