So i just got married and haven't been shopping in a while (outfits for showers, rehearsal dinner, etc aside bc those aren't everyday things)


This weekend I have 20% off at Bloomies AND Saks!!!! I want jeans, and colorful shoes(finally) and some fun tops. I have 1 Hamptons bachelortte party this summer, 1 long weekend cruise and 1 wedding in St.Thomas and fine OK so i have all my honeymoon outfits but .....(just re-read and I am not some snooty jet setter and I am nervous for the Hamptons bc i've never been which is why outfits are so impt; cruise is w/my mom and her old lady cousins and St.THomas wedding is old friend who's saving $ but none of the guests are...)


I need some guidance. I have skirts already that I don't wear and would like 1-3 fun tops for the summer and 2-3 pairs of shoes that I don't have room for. and i NEED new jeans bc all of mine are magically too short (i must have grown right? and not shortened them then washed them like a MORON!)....

feeling a little better having talked that out. If you see a blur of a girl whip past you tomorrow at Bloomies on Lexington or Saks on 5th ave....grab me and make sure everything I'm carrying is something I will actually wear!

Since you need new jeans, I'd get get those first - try on a lot of pairs at the beginning of the weekend when you're not worn out from shopping so you make sure that you get a pair that fits well and you'll wear for a long time. And congratulations on getting married!

LOVE the shoes Dot posted ... and what brand is that top in pic #7? I saw that somewhere else recently...online...can't remember. V. cute.
