I lvoe the color of the first one, but not the cut of the top. It doesn't look like it would stay up well. The second one is cool though

i like the first one. could be dressy or casual. the second one is a limited more limited in range.

I love both!  I have one very similar to the first, a pink one from VS, and I think it is perfect for summer time!  Like dot said, I think it can go casual or dressy.  And I think a girl can't have too many dresses for summer!

I prefer the first one - the colour will look good on tanned skin. If it's the newer Cool Change, I have the older one and you can wear it as a skirt or a dress - the skirt option is v. cute.
