It was so excellent! I had to best time and even though it was a total blur the picures will always remind me(us) how much fun we had. Here's a sampling....


me w/my parents behind a flower arrangement.... (men in black tux/black vest, gold tie and gold pocket square(pocket square was a suprise to me but it looked good; mom's in gold)

yay! congratulations!


you looked gorgeous! you both look so happy. :) i love that shot of the two of you walking down the aisle together - the decor is so lush and you guys look so excited! i'm glad that it was a pretty weekend down in DC for the wedding. looks like you guys had a fab honeymoon as well!

anyone know why onyl some pix are visible to some ppl???

I don't know, but they weren't visible to me until I copied and pasted them like Karina said, then they all came up in your post like they were there all along, so I pasted them again for you.  I could only see the last two at first also.

you pulled them off your kodak site and that is why... you have to use another site like photobucket.com or shutterfly.com and those will post for some reason.  i have the same problem because i have kodak too and have to post them at shutterfly to be seen.

got it. strange that you can cut and paste and image that isn't even visible there! computers are so mysterious.....


 


ps. i use snapfish for that reason but my friends sent me all their pix in kodak......

THANKS! Yeah, actually there is story (isn't there always!). I have collected Swarovski(sp?) crystals forever and have one from each special event in my life. My mother found a teeny tiny bride and groom years ago and saved it and never told me until after I was engaged. That was going to be the only topper, BUT it was SO tiny it was almost invisible on the cake. I had bought the larger one for the grooms cake at the rehearsal dinner. It is one of those toys that when you push up the bottom part the ppl on stop collapse. Anyway, my dad LOVES them and insisted we put it on the wedding cake too. turned into a parental issue bc why cldn't we just use the beautiful one from my mother...etc...etc...We used both and everyone was happy(ish). I think i got the toy one on plumparty.com or wishingfish.com or something like that. I never wanted the traditional topper.
