This top is $88. Would you keep it? I just think the neckline is too low to wear without a tank top underneath and it feels a bit booby to me, but maybe I'm being prudish...
Here's moi in said shirt...(you people must be sick of pictures of me by now...I promise it won't be a regular occurence!)
hehe, i like the pictures! I do it a lot too, I hope it's not annoying to people. Anyway, I love the shirt and now I want it. Can you wear a bra with it though? That could be bad if you can't. I say return it if you have to go braless unless you are completely comfortable with that.
The shirt's cute. It is low cut, but I think you can pull it off. My friends always nag me when I wear shirts like that without a tank underneath, but I like the look.
i think you can pull this shirt off! it looks tres sexy on you!
p.s. i love that we can post pics of ourselves in outfits/items that we aren't too sure about and everyone gives an honest, but nice, answer! kudos to us!
I can't wear a bra with it, at least not when I wear it alone. I'm 19 but a 36C. I'm thinking that I'm gonna return it now and buy it again when it goes on sale. I know French Connnection will probably have sales in around June and that's when I need shirts like this.
And this is off topic, but I am officially in mad, deep love with this wear it 16,000 ways tunic/blouse/dress. Of course I had to pick an expensive store as my personal obsession.
maybe you can wear some kind of long necklace that will rest in your cleavage so it doesn't seem so bare? like one wrap around your neck, the rest hangs down to around your ribs? i've done this before with a long strand of pearls - then i tie a slip knot in the bottom part of the necklace so it stays put beneath the cleavage.
hmm...karina, i think i see it too. lilykind, could you wear a nude bra w/ thin straps? donna karen makes a really good one that's convertible and holds really well...

I tried it with my cosabella soire demi bra and I could still see the bra, so I had to go without, something I'm not entirely keen on because I'm a 36c.
So now the shirt is back at French Connection. Maybe I'll get it in a few months for sweltering hot days.
i like it and think it looks great on you. however, i won't wear anything that i can't wear a bra with, so that would be a dealbreaker for me. but if you're comfy keep it, b/c it looks good.
I think it is too low cut on anyone who has curves. I think this top would look less suggestive if it were on a waifish chick with no boobs, but I still think it's pretty steep.

I think it looks fine, but then I like showing off some cleavage every now & then so maybe Im not the best person to answer this. However, from what I can see- you look great & i wouldnt look at you weird or anything b/c there is no tank underneath. + That is a really cute top!
