I'm in desperation mode right now.  Bridal Shower I'm hosting is on May 7th and I still have no party favors!  What would be a good party favor for an Italian themed bridal shower?

how about homemade (or gourmet) pasta sauce? or a family recipe for pasta sauce with a wooden spoon (or some other inexpensive kitchen utensil)? or italian cookies wrapped in tulle?

hmm I like the recipe for homemade sauce idea.  If you don't have one there are a ton on foodnetwork.com.  You could just buy some recipe cards and hand write them and tie it on to a spoon or a measuring cup. 


you could make homemade biscotti and put one in an expensive coffee mug as a favor. Someone on here has a recipe for biscotti.

You could always do Dragees - I think they have a spiel about them on Martha Stewart's website.  Or a nice bottle of wine . . . a bottle of fancy olives . . . a bottle of fancy olive oil . . .

What is your price range and how many do you need? They make fun shaped pasta and colored pasta in the fun shapes (around $5 my way).  That is an idea too.  I like the olive oil bottle but those run for $20 in my area. It might get too expensive for you.
