I ordered these from Revolve and they arrived Friday. I was pretty disappointed because I didn't realize from the website pictures that the stitching on the distressing is glittery thread...

View Larger ImageBut since I had a really good discount code they were pretty cheap so I'll probably just keep them (return shipping is such a pain) and just wear them for work/bumming around. The fit is great, its just that I think they're too sparkly and the glitter thread is scratchy. However, my mom thinks they look nice so maybe I'm just not used to "fancy" detailing. Any thoughts, girls?

It's hard to tell from the small picture, but I bet they're really cute.  You're probably just not used to the glittery detailing.  If you don't like them though, you should return them.  You got a good deal but if you're not going to wear them you'll be better off putting that money towards something you feel comfortable with.

If you have doubts, I say return them and put that money toward a different pair. I find that whenever I try to talk myself into something, I never end up wearing it...especially if there's scratchy detailing. However, if they fit really well, maybe there's a way to remove the stitching?

I'd also return them and get something else.  Plus returns with RevolveClothing are so easy.  Everything is paid for and you just have to put it in the package and send it back.  I just returned a pair of jeans with them and got the refund within 5 days of sending them back.
