When to file a NPB alert?

My auction ended April 7 and I have yet to hear one word from the buyer (who is new and has 2 feedbacks, although both are positive) - I have tried to contact her about 4 or 5 times. Should I file a NPB?

Yes, I think you should.  If it has been more than 7 days and you haven't heard a word, definitely make a complaint.


It is bumming me out to read everyone's experience w/ bidders.  I've only sold a few things, but never had a problem.  It makes me feel lucky that I haven't had a bum bidder yet.
