They're not really something I'd gravitate towards personally, they look a little harsh/bondage to me. But if you can work them, that's great! I'd love to see what you come up with!
Normally I don't really care for cage heels, but I like these! I guess it depends on how much you spent, but I like them enough to think you should keep them :)

I like them too. I would wear them with long slacks or trouser jeans to add oomph to a relatively conservative outfit.
The high vamp tends to make legs look shorter so unless you're tall they might not be right with most skirts, and while I personally can't get into the colored tights look, or tights with open toes, it might be worth trying.

This is kind of my issue with a lot of the shoe trends right now -- all the gladiator shoes, strappy heels, and the cage heels. I'm 5'7 w/ long legs and I have found that they only look good w/ short dresses and skirts. They definitely look "off" with anything that's around knee-length.
