I'm liking the look of a vest with a white tank and cuffed jeans for the weekend.
And the other day I saw a girl really working the layers...long sleeve dress covered with a short sleeve top with a vest on top of that...all belted at the waist with colored tights and booties.

I also think the underlayers have to be slim and svelte...leggings under long jersey tunic under vest, for example.

i agree with leah leanna - distressed skinny jeans that are cuffed and a white beater.
