okay i really want some white skinnies but i don't want to go high end, so i picked up a pr at target yesterday.  i just grabbed a size 3 (jr sizing) and didn't have time to try them on.  i tried them on at home and while i like the fit, i feel like they might be a bit too tight in the thigh and butt and am wondering if i should go up one size.  if i were in the store, i'd just grab a bigger size and compare, but since that would require another trip to target, which might be a few days (i wait until my kids are in preschool to do all my shopping or it's a nightmare), i wonder if these will do.  i also think that a bigger size might be too big in the crotch area (ick, that word).  my other idea is to use these only for going out with longer tops that cover a bit, but i don't know.

so here they are, pls be honest!  if they're too tight then i'll just try the bigger size or look elsewhere (i.e. gap, F21, etc.).

fyi they have only 3% lycra, so i don't know if they will stretch much.

Hmmm..IMO the material in the back thigh area isn't looking so great. But the front looks fine.

that's what i worry about - i was almost embarrassed to post the pic.  but i don't know i go back and forth on these.

I don't see any problem, it just depends how you feel in them. esp if you are planning to wear them with a longer top (as in the last pic), I don't see them tto tight!
BTW - you look great in them!

omg - you look great and so do the jeans - you have absolutely no reason to be embarrassed!  my jeans do that at the back of my thigh no matter how thin I am - that's what happens when you have shape to your butt.

I think they look great on you! I agree with D about the material at the back of the thighs - mine do it too and if you sized up they would look a bit baggy. Keep them!

i would keep them, definitely! i think the skinny jean "look" is supposed to be more fitted, plus, they will probably stretch some once you wear them, so if you go up a size, they will be too big after a couple wears. i think you look great!!! i love the whole outfit:)

first of all - those are from Target! Wow they look amazing! Second of all, you look great in them :) Besides they are going to stretch a little when you wear them so I would not size up.

I agree with the rest. There is a little tugging and bunching here and there but once you get them on and wear them that will change. I think you look good in them and wish I could wear white pants like that. Wow!

Definitely keep! They look great on you! I agree with D about the butt thing, it happens to me, too. However, when I wear heels with jeans that do that, it minimizes that wrinkle thing going on. :)
