Ok. I didn't bid. I just don't know enough about these bags to know what to look for in a fake one? What are some of the differences? Are their certain things that cant be duplicated?
whew... i'm glad you didn't bid. i didn't really have any advice to offer about the authenticity, but it's just too big of a purchase to make a decision about just as an auction is ending.

I am the definition of impulse shopper. So I look for a short while, bid or purchase and eventually regret.. ST is helping me think things though lately!
I'm glad you didn't get it either. The dimensions look off to me, and I think the tassels are too long. If you want to be scared, go look at all the balenciaga fakes on ioffer.
Plus -- just think: why would anyone sell a brand new balenciaga for $400? Those bags are next to impossible to get, even at full price. Nobody gets discounts on them, except maybe celebrities. I knew a girl who sold an authentic, real one on ebay (it was used for 3-4 months) and she still got close to $900.
good for you!
