Something tells me I am probably more like a 2. My "low waist" (where the pants would hit) is about 28" and my hips are 32-33". I am a 0 at Express, 1 at Gap & Old Navy, and a 26 in most jeans.

They are final sale, so if there's a good chance they won't fit, I'll pass. TIA
