Feeling very motivated today. I had my fist week WI for WW yesterday and I lost 2 pounds! And I drank like a fish over the weekend...

D: Not a real meal because I am entertaining tonight so all appetizers. Fruit and fruit diip, veggied and dip, cheese and fancy crackers and stuffed mushrooms. Oh, and wine.
E: 1 mile walk at lunch.
Daily Goal: 3 liters of water.

I am slowly trying to phase back in my excercise this week - on Monday I did 20 lunges and the next day I was sore - sooooo sad! Next week I'll start walking on the treadmill again, but for now I'm just trying to wake up my muscles . . .
