Morning all! I'm not really doing too hotly today either with my freaking WW plan! Ugh. I must find some self discipline


B: large bagel & banana


S: 1 cup grapes


L: soy chicken sandwich with cheese and ketchup, red pear

E: probably not any.

Feeling very motivated today.  I had my fist week WI for WW yesterday and I lost 2 pounds!  And I drank like a fish over the weekend...


B: Quaker Breakfast square


S: ?


L: Salad and possibly some turkey


D: Not a real meal because I am entertaining tonight so all appetizers.  Fruit and fruit diip, veggied and dip, cheese and fancy crackers and stuffed mushrooms.  Oh, and wine.


E: 1 mile walk at lunch.


Daily Goal: 3 liters of water.

I have been so bad the past few weeks...After this weekend I really need to buckly down. I'm starting to see the pounds creeping back on.


Sodium fest today:

L: Lean Gourmet Mandarin chicken


D: small honey bourbin chicken from Quiznos, maybe some baked chips with it


S: pear


E: class tonght, but the quiznos is a pretty far walk so not too bad.

I am slowly trying to phase back in my excercise this week - on Monday I did 20 lunges and the next day I was sore - sooooo sad!  Next week I'll start walking on the treadmill again, but for now I'm just trying to wake up my muscles . . .
