anyone familiar with jon hart luggage/handbags?

i saw someone carrying the first bag the other day and had to ask her where it was from and she told me jon hart(the leather on hers had started to darken, it was pretty).


i am a lover of all things preppyish so i looked him up- the items are coated canvas (10? colors to choose from) with english leather trim and a monogrammable leather label- i want a carry all tote and over-night bag


anyone know about quality and durablilty?

All my luggage is jon hart and I really like it. I got them about 5 years ago and it has held together really well for all the traveling I did through college in a long distance relationship. Also an added advantage is all the colors to choose from and the ability to add to your collection with the variety of bags. All my bags are red and I can def. spot them from a mile away when I am waiting for them at the airport. Anywho... overall I say that the luggage is a good investment. Hope that helps!!

thank god for u CRM, thanks so much! Im in college so they sound perfect for me-  do you by any chance have a suggestion within the line for a long weekend trip sort of bag, in terms of size? I won't be able to see anything in person before ordering. thanks again!

We had a trunk show last year with his stuff at my store that I work at, well you all know that I am probably the preppiest person here, I was not impressed. I have never heard of any quality issues, it is really well made. I just thought it was too expensive for what it was. Sorry...

I went to some web pages to see which items are similar to the ones I have. I have the make-up bag, the square duffle bag, the roll on wheels, the day tripper, and the Holiday tote. I use the make-up bag and the square duffle bag the most by far, and the roll on wheels is a close second for when I need more room.
For weekend trips I think that the square duffle bag would prob. be the best because the two zipper pouches on each side are really more useful than the day tripper which doesn't have that feature. And the holiday tote is great for the airplane ride and I use it as a purse when I have lots to carry around.
